Veterans Day has come, been celebrated and honored our country’s Veterans. Ive also talked with a Mortgage Consultant this morning about financing for Veterans and spouses of veterans killed while on active duty, who have a DD214- proof of service. If your credit score is 680 or better, you can get 100% financing (no down payment needed) at 5.25% interest rate (or current rate) with a 30 year fixed loan (meaning your interest rate wont change!)
